Looks like some of the Scooby-Doo character type models.
No, it was Filmation, HB’s main competitor. Filmation did stuff like Fat Albert, Lone Ranger, Blackstar, He-Man, and She-Ra.
He-Man was cool… well, at least when I was five and they had such descriptive names.
