I met with the star of Kentcer.com and UpAPaddle.com the other day. He got to talking about womens’ menstruation over lunch, which reminded me of a Mystery Science Theatre 3000 episode I watched a few months back: the truly creepy Mr. B Natural (I love how the band geeks are the cool kids. Golly, it must’ve been swell to be a kid in the 50′s!).

Because Kent was so kind as to provide the videos on his site, I will offer up this montage by DerangedPostman of another great MST3K moment.

The movie is The Final Sacrifice, a low-budget Canadian movie filmed entirely in Southern Alberta. I remember watching this movie on the movie channel way back when it was new, but knew it as Quest for the Lost City back then. The complete MST3K episode is up on YouTube.

Zap Rowsdower has been coined the Canadian Mitchell (perhaps the single greatest episode of MST3K ever).
