Had supper at BP’s. Battery almost dead, so last post of the night.
Snapped during a quick stop in Medicine Hat.
A half hour from Medicine Hat, and we pull over for gas. A nice little mom and pop place where it’s easier to get at the beer than it is the pop.
So the Riders lost to a worse team with our old deranged quarterback. The Stamps have proven they can beat a crippled team. Maybe they’ll beat out Edmonton and visit us in Regina for the playoffs.
My first prolonged visit at an IKEA store. I don’t remember the arrows on the floor from when I was at the one in the West Edmonton Mall as a teenager. I definitely don’t remember the child day case centre. Or the Swedish food market, for that matter. Or the restaurant and cafe. Or the gigantic elevator with the max capacity of 74 people. But I think I now know the Swedish word for a fly swatter.
